The machined tooth profile is inherently more accurate than a moulded one at the same module, making this approach appropriate for both standard applications and demanding precision drives.<\/p>\n

The material range covers UHMW-PE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene), nylon (PA6 \/ PA66 \/ MC nylon), POM acetal, and HDPE \u2014 four of the most widely specified engineering plastics for rack and pinion applications.
