Corrosion Resistance

Stainless steel resists oxidation and corrosion in humid environments, washdown atmospheres, food processing conditions, and chemical exposure. Are you a factory or a trading company?

Korea Ever-Power is a factory — a direct manufacturing facility, not a trading intermediary. The facility has 100 skilled workers, 20 CNC lathes, 10 CNC machining centres, and four testing equipment sets covering a 2,000 m² production area. Customers are welcome to visit the factory. For customers who cannot visit in person, weekly production progress reports with photographs and videos are provided.

What is the sample lead time and mass production lead time?

Sample lead time is 7 days for standard configurations. Mass production lead time is 2–3 weeks after sample confirmation. After the sample is confirmed, an operation manual is prepared so that all subsequent production is referenced to the confirmed sample dimensions. Free samples are available for simple, low-value configurations — contact us with the drawing to confirm whether the configuration qualifies.

What quality certifications does Korea Ever-Power hold?

Korea Ever-Power holds ISO 9001:2015 (general quality management system) and IATF 16949 (automotive sector quality management system). 100% of products are inspected before delivery. What determines the price of a steel double helical gear?

The four price factors are: drawing or sample (geometry complexity and special features), material (SS standard; other grades vary), surface treatment (polished standard; other treatments per specification), and quantity (higher quantities reduce per-unit cost). Send us the drawing and required quantity to receive a precise quotation. For new tooling requirements, the mould cost is split 50% advance and 50% after sample confirmation.

Can machined parts be produced from our samples rather than drawings?

Yes — Korea Ever-Power makes measurements from customer samples to produce drawings of the machined parts, which are then submitted for customer approval before production begins. For steel double helical gears from a sample, the measurement process covers: outer diameter, bore diameter, tooth count, module, helix angle and hand, pressure angle, face width, groove dimensions, and hub profile.
